The 2024 Customer Experience survey will be released on November 14th to all local authorities and operator who participate as well as sector organisation and partners.
This year’s survey shows some interesting changes to the 2023 survey with one example being a significant increase in the sector NPS to 28 from 22.
Nearly 44,000 customers took part in the survey across 560 sites and involving 42 operators and 158 local authorities, making it once again the largest survey of its kind in the sector.
