active-net National is our flagship event. This two-day event is designed for the health, fitness and leisure sector. It brings operators and supplier partners together for focused, pre-arranged one-to-one meetings, creating meaningful connections that drive progress and innovation.
Across the event, guests will hear from sector leaders through panel discussions and insight-led seminars, gaining perspective on the issues and opportunities shaping the industry. Each attendee will also take part in at least 14 pre-arranged one-to-one meetings with relevant operators / supplier partners.
Alongside the formal programme, there are multiple opportunities to network, connect and continue discussions in a relaxed setting. The experience also includes a three course networking dinner, plus of course the chance to take part in a group exercise session, providing the perfect way to energise, reset and build relationships in a different way.

active-net National is Active-Insight’s flagship two-day event for the health, fitness and leisure sector, bringing operators and supplier partners together for focused networking and pre-arranged 1:1 meetings.
active-net National is held at Eastwood Hall, Nottingham (NG16 3SS) on 26th – 27th March 2026.
Expect a mix of welcome panel, workshops, insight-led seminars and focused one-to-one meetings, plus time built in for informal networking.
Attendees take part in at least 10 pre-arranged 1:1 meetings. Typically, operators / partner suppliers share who they want to meet in advance and a scheduling tool creates a personalised timetable; rankings are used when building meeting schedules.
The event experience includes meals, accommodation and social activities, plus a three-course networking dinner and the option to join a group exercise session.
The event is free for operators to attend.
For partner suppliers there is an attendance charge, which is variable calculated depending on your application and requirements. You will be quoted a price within the application stage on the ‘Book Your Place’ link above.
